Today Jet Wash Drives were Driveway cleaning and Roof Cleaning in Virginia​ Water, Surrey​ We were asked originally asked to do a driveway clean and biocide but was then asked to do the swimming pool area walls, some of the brickwork and clear all the gutters. We started with the roofs demossing the slate and then applied a biocide to the roof to clean and protect it making the results improve over time. the team then moved on to the ground works using our Honda GX 390, 4000 psi pressure washers and a honda gx 340, 3400 psi. it is important to get the balance right when pressure washing as you do not want use to much pressure and damage the surfaces. it means it takes more time but it is better for the surfaces and the client in the long run.there were two main types of surface resin bond and brick pavers and both had to have differing approaches . with the resin bond we had to use low pressure but high water flow to remove the dirt but not harm or remove the stones from the surface. After the clean, we then added a biocide to protect the driveway that will continue to clean the area months after we leave. Cleaning the brick pavers we opted to use a Turbo nozzle to blast out the weeds and clean the surface this is a very effective method for this type of stone. in the swimming pool area, We had to clean all the stonework and remove rust from the surfaces this was very successful and with our new range of products we were able to remove 100% of the rust stains.
